Burton Women's Technical Outerwear W16
This was my first season as Senior Design Manager at Burton Snowboards. At this time, the main outerwear collection was divided into 2 silos with separate branding and different target customers. 1. Burton Mountain collection: technical outerwear with a "heritage" aesthetic 2. Burton Process collection: technical outerwear with a sporty / trend conscious aesthetic. Besides these 2 collections I also managed women's AK, The women's White Collection, L.A.M.B. X Burton, Youth girl's and boy's, and Winter accessories for men's , women's and kid's. As Senior Design Manager, I led multiple in-house and contract designers and I was responsible for the overall aesthetic of each collection including styling, fit, fabrics, colors, prints, etc.
