Dsquared2: Women's & Men's Technical Outerwear W19

Luxury brand Dsquared2 was considering adding technical outerwear for skiing and snowboarding to their line for the first time. I was contacted out of the blue by their recruiter and invited to interview for the role of designing this collection. I created this sample project and presented it to founders/ head designers, twins Dean and Dan Caten at their flat in London. Their feedback was extremely positive and Dean actually exclaimed, "It's like you're in our heads" while viewing my work. Ultimately, due to logistics concerns at the time, I did not end up taking the role.

For the project, I researched the brand's past collections and opted to tap into their playful take on heritage and campy outdoor styling.
