Neff Young Men's & Junior's W12 + S12
Neff started as a beanie brand for snowboarders and was beginning to expand rapidly into a full-on action sports apparel and accessories brand when I joined the team. As Senior Designer, I was responsible for leading the design for the brand's first technical glove line and soft-shell outerwear for all genders as well as directing the overall look for all women's product. Besides this, being a small company (15 employees total), I was also contributing to a variety of different design categories, including mens's & women's beanies, t-shirt graphics, bags, fleece, and more.
